Lumen Hospitality joins the Wohlstand group

Wohlstand Holdings Private Limited has completed the acquisition of a majority interest in Lumen Hospitality (Private) Limited.

Lumen will continue to operate under its own name and leadership. Wohlstand will provide ownership oversight, capital and governance while the operating company retains responsibility for service, property and craft.

The transaction is consistent with the group’s approach of adding businesses that can be held for the long term rather than prepared for exit.
