Update to the group governance framework

The Board has approved an update to the group governance framework.

The document clarifies ownership oversight, capital discipline, risk reporting and the operational independence of each subsidiary.

Operating companies retain their own boards or management committees where appropriate. Wohlstand does not absorb their brands or day-to-day operations.
