Annual portfolio review concluded

Wohlstand Holdings has concluded its annual review of the operating portfolio.

Each company remains independently managed. The review considered capital needs, risk, succession and the quality of governance rather than short-term earnings targets.

No material change in ownership structure is contemplated as a result of the review.
